About me
I completed postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Law of my “alma mater” Comenius University – Karol Rybárik’s Institute of International Relations & European studies in 2022 – majoring in interpreting and translation Faculty of Arts in Bratislava in a combination of English & German languages and its cultures. As part of this study, I took part in a study exchange programme at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, as well as a short-term internship at the European Commission.
Beside the above-mentioned, I hold an international academic certificate from German language TestDaf for the purpose of university studies in the Federal Republic of Germany. Later, I decided to complete my education in the field of translation by taking a professional examination for sworn (legal) translators in the discipline of Slovak-English and later Slovak-German language combination.
A certificate of the professional legal minimum for translators and interpreters is one of the main conditions for being registered in the List of Experts, Interpreters and Translators of the Ministry of Justice and SAPT directory and the subsequent performance of this profession itself.
I particularly enjoy working with medical texts, which was largely preceded by my work-study stay at medical faculty aspiring to Candidatus medicinae in the Federal Republic of Germany. The interest in this field as such has accompanied me since childhood. In my free time, in addition to playing a musical instrument and jogging and yoga. I like to walk my dog in the forest.
I also focus on learning and consolidation of other foreign languages, foreign-political topics, history & arts.

To make my work more ef icient, I use the CAT tool(s), specifically Wordfast, which is nowadays a necessity for a professional translator on the current translation market, just like a scalpel main tool for surgeons is. I myself am a supporter of maximum commitment not only in the work area, so you can count on receiving a product that has gone through several self-reviews.

PRICELIST
English and German language teaching is possible for people in the range of language level A1-C1. I offer the
possibility of tutoring for matriculation exams, conversations, brushing up language knowledge, or just maintaining
or improving the given level.
Teaching is currently possible via online form only – Zoom, MS-Teams, Skype.
Group lessons for private and corporate purposes are also possible.
